Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Solana Beach, California. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Must Haves:
- Experience managing customer orders / accounts by accepting, acknowledging, entering, verifying, and confirming customer orders
- Experience with Excel must have basic functions like Sum, Count, average, and if they can use vlookup and pivot tables that would be great.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 4 year degree required
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Maintaining and updating customer records in the company database.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring all customer interactions are in line with company policies and standards.
- Providing feedback to management for improving customer service processes.
- Maintaining a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary:
- $21 - $26 per hour
