Whether you have insurance experience or come from another customer service or business background, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

· Provide exceptional service to commercial insurance clients.

· Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests.

· Assist clients with coverage questions, billing, and claims support.

· Work closely with insurance carriers and agency team members.

· Prepare renewal comparisons, proposals, and client documentation.

· Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system.

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

· High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.

· Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain after hire.

· Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

· Customer service or insurance experience preferred.

· Positive attitude, attention to detail, and desire to learn.
