Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Burnaby, BC. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from wholesale customers, providing prompt, accurate product and order information. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues related to billing, delivery, and returns, and maintaining detailed records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, following up with customers to confirm satisfaction, and escalating complex issues when needed. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive customer experience by staying organized, communicating clearly, and representing Smoke Arsenal in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Ability to work in a Customer Service Representatives capacity, handling high call and email volumes in a wholesale environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in data entry and order processing.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or order management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Burnaby, BC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a professional demeanor when dealing with customer concerns.
- Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or distribution environments is an asset.
