Position: Customer Service Executive – US Voice Process

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in US shifts
• Candidates must be able to provide all documents mentioned in their resume
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners only

Role & Responsibilities: The ideal candidates are those with at least one year of work experience in a voice call center in the US process and time zone who can provide excellent service by actively listening to customers calling from the US, understanding the purpose of their calls/emails, answering questions, resolving issues, and creating positive experiences for customers through inbound calls.

Preferred candidate profile :
1. Graduate candidates only
2. One years of customer service experience in a call center in the US time zone.
3. Active listener with effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking and time management.
5. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently.
6. Professional demeanor in all customer contacts.
7. Proven ability to memorize and recall knowledge.
8. Strong team player.
