Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the ERG Way or rental.
- Expand our existing customer base by fostering relationships with current customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships to ensure that our customers receive a “best-in-business” sales, service, and support experience.
- Ensure customer education by sharing the latest and greatest ERG has to offer.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requisitions, complaints, and general communications.
- Develop new sales techniques and strategies to increase market share.
- Basic understanding of equipment, types, availability, and rental process.
- Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within the guidelines assigned.
- High energy with a strong understanding of the revenue stream is a must.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude.
- Detail orientation and accuracy is a must.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Performs job functions safely at all times.
- Participates in all safety meetings.
- Communicates all concerns or violations to the appropriate manager(s) immediately.
- Uses the proper Personal Protective Equipment when performing work duties. Employee wears the proper shoes, glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc.
- Employee is properly attired to perform their job safely (no loose-fitting clothes, unsafe jewelry, etc.).
- Abides by all local, state, and Federal laws; reads, understands, and agrees to follow the policies outlined in the Company Safety Manual and Company Handbook.
