What We Are Looking For In You
- Significant experience of working in a customer service role, ideally over the telephone
- Fantastic IT skills, specifically comfortable using core Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn our in-house systems with training and support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an empathetic approach when interacting with customers
- Ability to carry out basic fault finding over the phone through effective questioning and prompts
- Experience of working in the social housing sector
- Experience of planning and scheduling work
- Knowledge of household repairs and maintenance, e.g. how to top up boiler pressure
