Here's What You'll Do When You Join Us
- Arrive all patients who come in for scheduled appointments by obtaining necessary consents, signatures, documents, and insurance verification from the patient.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Collect co-pays at time of service.
- Identify coverage or self-pay issues. Engaging the Financial Advocates as needed.
- Enter patient information and scan required documents in the scheduling system.
- Collaborate with the Business Department to support revenue cycle.
- Utilize great customer service skills with both patients and coworkers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Associate degree in business related field is preferred.
- Ability to collect co-payments and present fiscal information.
- Great computer skills.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- Adhere to all Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital policies.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to cover all Patient Access areas as needed.
- One year admitting experience and/or health insurance experience preferred.
- Perform other duties as required.

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by qualifying experience as specified in the contract.
