Customer Service Coordinator

Customer service is the heart and soul of MEDISTA. We are looking for the right full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. A people person who thrives on customer satisfaction, you will be passionate about providing excellent customer care. Exceeding customer expectations, taking responsibility, and supporting a team of diverse experts will be part of your daily challenge. Your core job as Customer Service Coordinator will be to provide exceptional clinical, organizational and administrative support to our partners and customers in the healthcare field.

Your Role

• As the first point of contact, you will provide telephone support in an efficient, professional and customer-oriented manner.
• You will process incoming requests, comments and issues via post, e-mail and telephone and find the most appropriate solution as quickly and correctly as possible.
• You will process and manage customer data to maintain up-to-date customer files.
• You will perform various administrative tasks to related to customer requests.
• You will enhance your customer service expertise and technical skills to develop within the organization.

Your Background

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. (The right entry-level candidate will be considered as well.)
• Knowledge of Dutch and French is required.
• Excellent telephone skills: professional yet approachable.
• Experience in customer management or administrative follow-up is a plus.
• Excellent work ethic and sense of responsibility are part of the job.
• MS Office knowledge with an emphasis on Excel.
• A decision-maker, you are open, customer-focused, an excellent communicator, considerate and emphathic.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
