About Body Chalet

Body Chalet is Steamboat Springs' premiere, boutique reformer Pilates studio, offering a contemporary repertoire focused on athletic performance and recovery, located in Sundance Plaza. We're seeking a polished, warm, and hospitality-minded "Front of Chalet" team member to be the host of our studio: the first face clients see, the calm presence that anticipates their needs, and the reason they feel genuinely welcomed every time they walk through the door.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in every client with the warmth and attentiveness of a five-star host
• Anticipate client needs and create a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure
• Sell memberships, class packages, and retail through a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Manage bookings, class schedules, and client profiles using Mariana Tek
• Clean and reset all reformers in between classes
• Clean and tidy the studio at the end of each class block/day
• Keep the lobby, retail displays, and studio spaces styled and guest-ready at all times
• Restock and thoughtfully merchandise retail product
• Guide new clients through onboarding, including waivers, intro offers, and studio tours
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with members that support retention and referrals

What We're Looking For

• A hospitality-first mindset — you take genuine pride in making people feel welcome and taken care of
• A polished, gracious presence with excellent communication skills
• A natural, non-pushy approach to sales and upselling
• Meticulous attention to detail and studio presentation
• Reliable and punctual, with early-morning availability depending on shift
• Comfort learning Mariana Tek or similar scheduling/booking software
• Ability to stay on your feet and move light equipment during shifts
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, boutique fitness, or high-end retail is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person with the right presence]

Schedule & Pay

• Shifts vary and may start early morning
• $18/hour to start, with pay based on experience
• Commission on membership sales
