Qualifications and requirements

• Strong portfolio with excellent UI and graphic design work.
• Strong design judgment and attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills and strong knowledge of UI best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Fast, organized, and able to work independently.

Projects

You’ll join Penji’s creative team, working on a variety of digital and graphic design projects that support the company’s products and brand. Your main focus will be creating polished, user-friendly UI designs for websites, apps, landing pages, dashboards, and other digital experiences.You’ll collaborate with the team to turn briefs into strong visual solutions while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Your work will help improve Penji’s digital experiences and strengthen the company’s visual presence.

Job functions

• Create high-quality designs across digital and print projects, with UI as your main specialty.
• Create high-quality UI designs for websites, apps, landing pages, dashboards, and other digital products.
• Turn briefs into clear, polished, and visually strong designs.
• Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Compensation

Commission and performance-based upside. Base range $700–$1,100+/month depending on results.

Desirable skills

• Experience with design systems.
• Knowledge of UX and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with branding, presentations, social media, or print design.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Strong English communication skills.
