Our agent is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and has spent his entire career with State Farm, beginning as a team member while still in college before opening his own agency. Today, he leads a team of five who are passionate about serving customers and making a positive impact in the community.

We actively support organizations such as Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh and the Police Unity Tour, along with other local charitable and community initiatives. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with James Manley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
