Customer Service Advisor – French & English

Join our client’s team – an international company expanding its customer service operations – and use your language skills in daily communication with customers!

We are looking for a person who is fluent in French and English and would like to develop their career in the area of telephone customer service. If you enjoy interacting with people, feel comfortable during phone conversations, and are looking for a stable position in an international environment – this opportunity may be a great fit for you.

Your Responsibilities

• providing telephone customer support in French and English,
• answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services,
• ensuring high-quality service and a positive customer experience,
• updating customer data in internal systems and documenting customer interactions.

• very good command of French (minimum B2/C1 level),
• good command of English (minimum B2 level),
• strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers,
• positive attitude and willingness to work in a customer-focused environment,
• availability to work on-site during afternoon hours (14:00–22:00).

• stable employment in an international organization (employment contract or B2B contract – your choice),
• on-site work in a comfortable and professional environment,
• the opportunity to use foreign languages on a daily basis,
