About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Charter Sales Executive to convert qualified private aviation inquiries into booked charter flights while delivering a premium, white-glove client experience.

This is a relationship-driven sales role working with high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and luxury travelers. You’ll manage the client journey from initial inquiry through booking and post-flight follow-up, with a strong focus on responsiveness, trust, and repeat business.

What You’ll Own

Charter Sales & Client Relationships

• Convert qualified inbound opportunities into booked private jet charters
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend appropriate aircraft solutions
• Manage the sales process from inquiry through booking
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business
• Deliver a polished, discreet, concierge-level experience

Client Communication & Coordination

• Respond quickly through phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth charter execution
• Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their journey
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage when required

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate client, opportunity, and activity records
• Manage multiple opportunities without missing follow-ups
• Maintain strong pipeline visibility
• Support sales forecasting and performance reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management
• High-ticket or luxury sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Confident working with premium and high-value clients
• Highly responsive, organized, and professional
• CRM and sales-tool experience
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Flexibility for rotating coverage outside standard hours when required

Nice to Have

• Private aviation or charter sales experience
• Luxury travel, yacht charter, hospitality, concierge, real estate, or financial services background
• Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms
• Knowledge of private aircraft categories and cabin configurations
• Understanding of charter operations
• Experience serving high-net-worth clientele
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions
