Remote Customer Service Representative with fluent Lithuanian | part-time (fixed-term)

We are looking for Lithuanian and English speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team. You will be working for our client - global courier and logistics company that provides fast and reliable shipping, transportation, and business solutions.

This is a fixed-term opportunity until January 27, 2027

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 - 18:00 /rolling schedule, 20h/week

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from the customers according to documented procedures, training curriculum, and quality guidelines
• Provide high-quality customer support services maintaining high levels of empathy, ownership, and efficiency during each interaction
• Provide general service feature questions, support with account setup and onboarding, pricing inquiries as well as manage claims and escalations

Requirements

• Lithuanian language level at the level B2-C1 or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability.
• English language level at the level B2 or higher. During the recruitment process, candidates will undergo internal language assessments, which will be the sole basis for determining their language level suitability.

Salary

611-708 €/mon. gross (for 0.5 FTE)

The monthly base salary is 611 EUR Gross, plus a performance-based bonus, resulting in total monthly compensation of up to 708 EUR Gross.
