We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders including printing invoice, verifying credit card transactions, enter order into JD Edwards and marking order as shipped. Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle any issues related to orders, including delays, returns, exchanges, refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and WooCommerce order notes.
- Operates office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.
- Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
