Customer Service Specialist

With a strong global presence and decades of engineering expertise, the company develops and produces high-performance equipment used in major infrastructure projects worldwide.

Currently expanding, and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist (Warranty and Service) to join their team in Plovdiv.

Job Profile for Customer Service Specialist (Warranty and Service)

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage warranty and non-warranty claims (entry, validation, deadlines, closure)
• Review cases, assign defect codes, and coordinate with technical specialists
• Handle supplier claims (returns check, submission, follow-up)
• Communicate with internal teams, service partners, and suppliers
• Monitor reports and maintain warranty documentation and processes
• Process orders and issue customer invoices
• Provide administrative support and assist with internal coordination and events

Candidate Profile for Customer Service Specialist (Warranty and Service)

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Technical or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Structured, flexible, and proactive approach to work
