Seeking Experienced Sr. QA Automation for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico

We are looking for a Senior Software QA Automation professional with 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, combining strong manual and automated testing skills with the ability to design, execute, and optimize comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and optimize test cases and test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and manage the defect lifecycle.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable automation test suites.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software delivery.
• Continuously improve testing processes and overall product quality.

Technical Skills Required:

• Fluent English
• 6+ years of experience in Software QA.
• Strong experience with manual and functional testing.
• Experience designing and executing test cases.
• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.
• Strong understanding of defect management and root cause analysis.
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as:
  • Selenium
  • Cypress
  • Playwright
  • Appium
• Programming/scripting experience with at least one of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#,
• Experience building reusable and scalable automation suites.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Advanced English.

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work in Mexico
• Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
