Customer Care Specialist

- Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers and our Sales teams
- Manage customer orders and help ensure an efficient end-to-end experience
- Maintain accurate customer information within ACE (Salesforce)
- Communicate confidently with hospitals, healthcare professionals and internal teams
- Support the preparation, coordination and administration of public tenders
- Coordinate sales contracts, pricing agreements and related documentation
- Manage commercial queries and complaints through to resolution
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively
- Support wider Customer Care activities and improvement initiatives as required
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- A strong customer service mindset and professional communication style
- A structured and organised approach, with good attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The confidence to take ownership of tasks and work independently
- A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
- Experience with public procurement or tender processes would be an advantage, but isn’t essential
