Customer Service - Night Shift

Work Location: Tech Valley - Lot 46, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

Scope of Work:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or above.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% English-speaking environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Income: 14,500,000 – 15,500,000 VND/month
• Actual income may vary depending on working days, KPI achievement, and applicable allowances 100% salary in 2-month probation time

Working Schedule

• Actual Working Shift: 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks)
• Example Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager.
• Working Days: 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
• Days Off: Fixed Sunday off and one additional rotating day off per week

Project Operating Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Saturday: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
