💰 Salary: $19,500 MXN + benefits above the law

We’re looking for a Contact Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare consumers, delivering excellent service through inbound and outbound calls.

What you’ll do:

• 📞 Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally
• 📅 Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• 🧾 Verify patient and insurance information
• 💻 Document interactions in CRM/EHR systems
• 🤝 Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with healthcare teams
• 🔐 Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy/HIPAA standards
• 🎯 Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and service-level goals

What we’re looking for:

• University/college degree required
• Customer service, contact center, healthcare, or patient access experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications
• Healthcare systems experience, such as Epic, is a plus
