This position is only open to candidates residing in the United States and allows you to work from home while assisting customers with their scheduling needs.Responsibilities: - Schedule and confirm appointments for sales, test drives, and service. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Maintain and update appointment records in the system. - Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce cancellations. - Coordinate with dealership staff to optimize scheduling efficiency. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. - Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines. .
