This role will be Office based in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath at our new Head Office.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently while supporting the day-to-day administration of the customer service function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating where necessary.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, operations and transport to ensure timely delivery of products and services to our customers
  • Monitor orders and provide customers with updates on delivery or service status.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of 2-3 experience in a customer service/administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to help others.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience in the construction and/or building materials sector is beneficial
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be an advantage, but not essential
