Customer Relations Representative — Real Estate | Dubai
We're hiring a Customer Relations Representative to support our real estate projects.
The role
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry through to after-sales
- Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with the sales and operations teams
- Resolve client concerns and keep satisfaction high throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years' UAE experience in customer relations, client servicing, or real estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-handling ability and a calm, solution-focused approach
- Comfortable working with CRM systems
