Pay: $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, depending on experience

You are: Friendly, professional, and organized. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-scheduling service calls, dispatching techs, and making sure every client receives top-notch service.

What You Bring

• 2+ year of customer service or office experience (HVAC industry a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with basic scheduling software and phone systems (ServiceTitan or similar booking software is a plus)
