This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of your work, and the ability to manage several orders and priorities at once while maintaining a high level of customer service.

In this role you will:

• Manage multiple customer orders simultaneously from entry to completion
• Track details carefully to ensure orders are accurate and deadlines are met
• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers by phone and email
• Work closely with team members to keep orders moving through production
• Learn product details, processes, and systems and retain that knowledge
• Adapt to changes in priorities and workflow when needed

This role is best suited for someone who:

• Is naturally organized and detail-driven
• Takes responsibility for their work and follows orders through to completion
• Communicates well and stays patient when working with customers
• Is comfortable asking questions and learning new systems
• Is confident using computers including email, Word, Excel, and basic office technology

Candidates who prefer highly repetitive work with little change, or who struggle to manage multiple tasks and details at once, will likely find this role challenging.

Schedule: Onsite; Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay: Starting at $18/hour
