Job Purpose
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our customers and will oversee their experience with our company. This role will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives.
- Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing.
- Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts.
- Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts.
- Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.
- SAP Experience.
- Salary: $53,100 - $56,000 annually
- 1-3 years of related job experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma/GED
