Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in customer support or administrative roles within small office environments
• Experience in the print/packaging industry, especially with ActionSports, Apparel, Retail, or Lifestyle Brands
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM, and Netsuite
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility to manage shifting priorities
