Customer Support Representative

Direct Placement $49,920-$58,240 per year

Nesco Resource is recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist with a local manufacturing company in Elmira, NY. This is a Direct Hire position!!

Pay: $24 - $28/hr

Location: Elmira, NY (fully onsite)

Hours: Monday-Friday Standard Business Hours

Job Description

• Assist with all customer needs related to shipment orders, delivery schedules, and any product issues
• Act as liaison between customer and production floor
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and over email
• Coordinate customer requirements with order scheduling
• Cultivate relationships with current customers

Qualifications

• Strong customer service approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and move between orders
• A desire and willingness to learn and be coached
