Customer Support Specialist (French speaker)

As our new Customer Support Specialist, you help our French customers keep their daily operations running smoothly. It is not just about closing tickets: a customer runs into a problem, you dig in, work out what is really going on and turn that into a solution. Along the way, you become an expert in our Workforce Management software and learn to explain technical matters in a way that genuinely helps people move forward.

You'll work closely with our customers in the French market, the Customer Experience department and colleagues across tamigo. From day one, you're a full member of the team

What You Will Do

• Support customers in the French market by email and phone, providing technical help and troubleshooting
• Train and enable customers to get the most out of tamigo
• Help with contract renewals and translate documentation from English into French
• Build product and market knowledge and turn it into real value for the customer
• Close the knowledge gap for our customers and make a tangible impact on their daily operations
• Contribute to internal projects and system optimisations

• You speak and write French at native level, plus professional English
• You are curious, technically minded and patient – you would rather get to the root of a problem than simply tick it off
• You have experience in Customer-facing roles supporting French customers and knowledge of French labour laws are a plus
