This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, collaborating with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system issues promptly.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP ABAP programs and HANA database interactions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and integration points.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with transport management and change control processes within SAP environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
