The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B collections supporting U.S.-based clients
• Proven experience managing collections for U.S. businesses, with a strong understanding of U.S. billing and invoicing practices
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external partners via phone and email
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with brokers via phone and email to ensure accurate payment setup.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections with brokers.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, and payment history.
• Ensure compliance with documented financial processes and company standards.
