Customer Service Representative

Training Schedule:

• Training Date: 9/8 thru 9/28 (7:45 am to 4:30 pm CST)

• Nesting: 9/29 thru 10/9 (mock calls on 9/29 and 9/30, working 8 am to 4:30 pm CST)

• Production: Move to production schedule effective 10/12 (schedule will be between 8 am and 6 pm CST)

• # of Hires: 3 licensed temps

• Required to be licensed in at least Florida and California to be interviewed (this is a prequalification)

• If hired, they must also obtain a license in Michigan, New York, Indiana and at least THREE of New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia. (they pay for this themselves)
