Service Express Advisor

Village VW of Chattanooga is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. Automotive service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with strong communication and customer-service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and service requests
• Prepare accurate repair orders and obtain customer authorization
• Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly
• Review multipoint inspection results with customers
• Provide timely updates throughout the service visit
• Coordinate with Express technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Collect payments and properly close repair orders
• Maintain complete and accurate notes in the dealership system
• Help ensure customers receive fast, convenient, and dependable service

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong customer-service and sales abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Volkswagen or automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
