These Tasks Await You

Customer relationship: ensure the daily monitoring of customer files, respond to information requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Commercial support: prepare and send transport, import/export, air/maritime offers, follow up with prospects and accompany the salespeople in their steps.

Internal coordination: work closely with the operational teams (import/export, customs, air/maritime, etc.). Implementation of the files.

What You Bring

• First successful experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of incoterms, and international transport.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service and taste for customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in written and oral communication, in French and English.
• Organization, rigor and responsiveness in managing priorities.
• Mastery of office tools (Excel, Outlook).
