We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions.
• Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America

What You'll Bring

• Some experience within a customer service-based position
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office, email, and general tech skills
• Are eager to learn and grow in a professional office environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, and take ownership of your work.
• Reliable with an excellent worth ethic

• Minimum completed High School Diploma
• Must reside in a commutable distance to office location (not accessible via public transportation)
