Equipment Services Representative, Call Center

• Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, some weekends, start time 7am-10am
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO
• Hourly Pay Rate: $20.35-25.44

Position Responsibilities: 

• Handling customer inquiries via inbound or outbound call relating to equipment issues and troubleshooting
• Diagnosing problems with cold-drink and/or fountain equipment based on detailed descriptions provided by customer
• Providing clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experienc

• Bachelor’s Degree
