Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Process ACH transactions daily, process incoming mail, process a variety of daily reports, waiting on the counter and perform an assortment of transactions to our members, answering phones, filing, maintaining collection accounts including bankruptcies, maintaining accurate records for insurances and titles, attend educational seminars, sell credit union’s add on products, review and approve loan applications, process and disburse loan applications, and maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the credit union’s products and services.

Qualifications:

• Available to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of cash handling in a financial institution.
• Good customer service skills.
• Be able to multi-task.
• Be dependable.
• Be punctual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
• Be a contributing member of the team.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail Oriented.
• Be Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
