Consilier clienti limba romana (Bucuresti, de la birou)

Suntem in cautare de vorbitori nativi de limba romana care sa ofere suport clientilor celui mai mare retailer de haine si accesorii de origine spaniola!︀︋︇︄︊︉︋ ︂︆︄︄ ︁︁︎︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

Principalele responsabilitati vor fi preluarea apelurilor si oferirea de asistenta back-office prin intermediul retelelor de socializare, chat si e-mail pentru a procesa cererile primite de la clienti.

Iata Care Sunt Cerintele:

• Capacitatea de a scrie si vorbi fluent, clar si concis in limba romana
• Disponibilitatea de a lucra full-time, in ture, in intervalul 08:30 - 20:00, de luni pana sambata
• Disponibilitatea de a lucra de la birou, la sediul nostru din Bucuresti (AFI Park 3)
• Capacitate de concentrare si ascultare activa
• Abilitati de operare PC si viteza de tehnoredactare
• Orientare catre client si capacitate de a identifica rapid solutii
• Experienta anterioara de lucru cu clientii sau in activitati similare constituie un avantaj
• Flexibilitate, stabilitate si spirit de echipa
