This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role where you’ll support enquiries, identify solutions, and uncover sales opportunities while ensuring we consistently meet our customer promise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle customer enquiries across sales, service, and backorders, aiming for first-call resolution
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best product and service solutions
- Deliver a high-quality, efficient and positive customer experience every time
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional value
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing
- Continuously look for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre (industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships
- Computer literacy (Windows, telephony systems)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and solve customer issues
- Friendly, customer‑focused attitude and commitment to high service standards
