What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

  • Providing excellent face-to-face customer service, including greeting visitors, answering questions, fielding complaints, and providing information
  • Troubleshooting medical devices for customers and ensuring prompt resolution of issues
  • Identifying customer needs, offering value-added advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer inquiries via face-to-face, telephone, mail, or electronic communication as needed
  • Using office automation tools to document and report service outcomes
  • Potentially supervising and training other customer support representatives

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Have prior experience in a customer support or service desk role (technical support experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, especially with technology or medical devices
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Thrive working onsite in a team-oriented environment, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Are comfortable using office automation tools and documenting customer interactions
  • Are interested in potential leadership opportunities, such as supervising or training other representatives
