Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Lexington, OH and supports a local State Farm agent’s office. The position involves responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing information on insurance products and services, and assisting with policy changes and account updates. The representative will help resolve customer concerns, process payments, and ensure accurate documentation in agency systems. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and contributing to a positive, professional office environment.

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• Ability to deliver a positive Customer Experience and collaborate effectively with Customer Service Representatives and team members.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with computer systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lexington, OH and maintain a professional, inclusive demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Prior customer-facing or office experience in insurance, financial services, or retail is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
