Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service for fuel and propane inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and schedule service calls with technicians to ensure prompt delivery.
- Build rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and a positive attitude.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must work ON-SITE! This job is NOT REMOTE!
- Must commit to one full month of training with NO MISSED TIME! Class starts 9/28-10/23 8-4 Monday-Friday. Shifts then vary!
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Strong empathy and ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Proficiency in customer service software and multitasking.
- Strong computer skills
- $18/hr. + shift differentials based on scheduling.
