About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 2004 and is a close-knit team of four backed by over 36 years of experience with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked in auto claims at the corporate level, which helped shape a strong understanding of how to best support our customers.

I’m a graduate of Rutgers University, married with two kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.

We stay actively involved in the community, especially supporting youth-focused initiatives like back-to-school drives, holiday events, and career day programs.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lisa Craddock - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
