Customer Service Specialist

What’s the role?

The role is all about making sure we provide the best service to our VIP corporate

clients. You will be part of a small team of 3-4 people to help deliver exceptional service to these clients. The team will provide a single point of contact for VIP clients and will project manage VIP orders from start to finish.

You will proactively reach out to VIP clients to ensure they continue to order from us, help run

outreach campaigns to target new VIPs, and you will respond to sales queries from potential new VIP clients.

What will my responsibilities include?

 Project managing orders from VIP clients from start to finish, including invoicing, order preparation, order processing, and order dispatch.

 Handling calls and emails from VIP clients and processing support tickets to resolve more

complicated queries.

 Liaising with our card issuer, EML Money DAC, to resolve any issues and complaints from VIPs.

 Proactively reaching out to existing VIP clients to build strong relationships.

 Managing business development outreach campaigns to win new VIP clients.

 Meeting with potential new VIP clients and preparing proposals and tender responses.

 Onboarding new VIP Clients from performing regulatory background checks to preparing all

requested supplier documentation.

 Keeping our internal Knowledge Base articles up-to-date.
