We are seeking Czech-speaking professionals with excellent English skills to provide friendly and efficient support to customers in the travel sector. Youll handle inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel policies while ensuring top-quality service standards. Requirements
- Native or fluent level of Czech and strong English proficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Reliable internet connection for remote work (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Long-term employment contract with relocation support if applicable
