These Tasks Await You
Customer relationship: ensure the daily monitoring of customer files, respond to information requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Commercial support: prepare and send transport, import/export, air/maritime offers, follow up with prospects and accompany the salespeople in their steps.
Internal coordination: work closely with the operational teams (import/export, customs, air/maritime, etc.). Implementation of the files.
What You Bring
- First successful experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of incoterms, and international transport.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service and taste for customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in written and oral communication, in French and English.
- Organization, rigor and responsiveness in managing priorities.
- Mastery of office tools (Excel, Outlook).
- A stimulating work environment within a human-sized team.
- A versatile function, at the heart of customer relations and business development.
- An attractive remuneration according to profile + benefits (restaurant tickets, bonuses, etc.).
- Remuneration / status: according to profile
