We’re looking for Collections Representatives to join our team in Belen, Heredia, Costa Rica.
📞 What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with their account and payment-related inquiries
- Discuss outstanding balances and available payment options
- Help customers find appropriate solutions based on their situation
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow established procedures, call flows, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach on every call
✅ What we’re looking for:
- No previous collections experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B2+ English level
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills
- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
