Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Livonia, MI. The position involves responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing product information and assisting with order placement and tracking. Daily tasks include resolving issues, processing returns and exchanges, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams, and maintaining accurate records in customer systems. The representative will support customers in selecting appropriate lab equipment, ensure high satisfaction throughout the purchasing process, and contribute to a positive and efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support experience.
• Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
• Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar service-oriented roles.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using phone, email, and CRM or order management systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across sales and warehouse operations.
• Prior experience in retail, technical products, or lab equipment is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
