Agent Customer Service

JOB OBJECTIVE:

This role provides support services to residents and companies who are seeking information relating to Tasleem cooling services. This will include providing customers with accurate information and assisting with the fulfilment of cooling service contracts and processing payments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Customer Support :

-Present a professional and courteous attitude when engaging with customers.

-Recognize when a customer’s query requires escalation and facilitate through the established

protocols as well as remain the primary contact for the customer from engagement to resolution.

-Minimize the need to revert to a customer for administrative purposes but ensuring that new contracts, payment receipting and application processes are followed step by step and accurately.

Knowledge and fulfilment of customer contracts :

-Understand the policies and procedures for customer contracts, move in and move outs, payments and the suspension process.

Payments and Reconciliation :

-Processing customer payments of cash, cheque or card in a timely manner and ensuring such payments receive receipts and are accounted for until they are deposited in the bank.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications:

-Diploma /High School certificate.

Minimum Experience:

-1 year experience in relevant field.
