Responsibilities
- Business Analysis and ERP Consulting
- Accounting and Finance Consulting
- Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Process Consulting
- Recent MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Analysis, Commerce (for Accounting and Finance consulting), or Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering (for Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing process consulting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and a keen interest in learning
- Participate in a structured training program covering business processes, ERP systems, and consulting methodologies
- Work closely with experienced consultants on real-world projects
Upon successful completion of the training program, Shadow Consultants will have the opportunity to advance to the role of Consultant with a specialized focus in their chosen area.
